The Royal Agency works closely with Lenders and Banks who can get you approved for a home loan before you start searching for a property. A pre-approval will determine how much you can borrow to buy a home.

Now that you know how much you are approved for...it's time to start house shopping! At the Royal Agency, our Realtors are very knowledgeable and familiar with Houston and its surrounding areas so helping you find a home in a great, family-friendly community with exemplary schools, nearby shopping and entertainment in your price range is a cakewalk for us. We can't wait to get started!

After finding the perfect home, the Seller accepts your offer, you deliver the earnest money to the title company, it's now time to request a third-party home inspection. Whether it's a brand new construction or an existing home, it's very important to hire a licensed third-party inspector to evaluate the exterior and interior of the house, the appliances, AC/Heating systems, structure, and other areas in the home to make sure there aren't any defects.

Whew! We made it! Closing is the final step—before that house is finally yours! Your closing date is the day you become the legal owner of your new home.  Closing normally takes 30-45 days from the contract date. At closing, you will sign several documents issued by the Lender to finalize the transaction.
